The three-dimensional scanner includes a hand-shake sensor configured to detect hand-shake sensing information corresponding to hand-shake, during a scanning operation using the light transmitter; and a control circuit configured to control hand-shake compensation for the three-dimensional space scanner based on the hand-shake sensing information.
