Systems and methods for facilitating communication between a number of different computing devices are provided. A service entity that provides a multi-modal transportation service can collaborate with a number of different devices via a vehicle integration interface over a number of different frequencies or networks. The vehicle integration interface includes a number of endpoints. Each endpoint corresponds to a device type associated with a number of devices operated according to a unique protocol. The service entity obtains a communication or provides a message to a respective device via a respective endpoint of the vehicle integration interface. The service entity determines a device type associated with a received communication based on a respective endpoint and translates the communication based on the device type. The translated communication is aggregated with information received from a number of different devices configured to operate and communicate according to a number of different protocols.
