A fluorescence image analyzer, which is an example of an embodiment, includes a light source that irradiates light on a cell having a target site labeled with a fluorescent dye, an imaging unit that acquires a fluorescence image of a cell which emits fluorescence via irradiation by light, and a processing unit that analyzes the fluorescence image by software based on the fluorescence bright spot of the fluorescence image. The processing unit is configured to display a fluorescence image of the cell, the result of the image analysis, and auxiliary information that assists the visual analysis of the fluorescence bright spot included in the fluorescence image.
