Abstract:
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine that a condition associated with a first radio access technology (RAT) is satisfied. The UE may select a cell, from a list of anchor cells associated with a second RAT and configured for dual-connectivity, for a connection based at least in part on the determination that the condition associated with the first RAT is satisfied. The UE may establish the connection with the selected cell. Numerous other aspects are provided.
