The plurality of display apparatuses shares data of a sharing area shared by the plurality of display apparatuses. The sharing area is generated based on the history data. The circuitry displays, on a display screen, at least a part of the sharing area as a display area for the display apparatus. The display area is set based on an operation log included in the history data. The operation log is related to a user at the display apparatus.
