The method includes transmitting, to a user equipment (UE), configuration information for configuring cross-carrier scheduling from a secondary cell (SCell) to a primary cell (PCell), transmitting, to the UE, at least one downlink control information (DCI), the at least one DCI including a carrier indicator field (CIF), and performing scheduling based on the at least one DCI.
