The method includes transmitting, to a second network entity, a first message including data to be used in a plurality of networks included in a virtual network (VN) group, a VN identifier (ID), group data, and receiving, from the second network entity in response to the first message, a second message including the data to be used in the plurality of networks, the VN ID, the group data, information indicating a processing result related to the first message.
