A resource control center determines functional modules required by a business system and the deployment number of each of the functional modules according to an access requirement of the business system; allocating container components corresponding to the deployment number of each of the functional modules according to the deployment number of each of the functional modules; binding each of the functional modules with the corresponding container components; and in response to a binding of a container component and a functional module, loading and running the functional module by the container component to complete a deployment of the functional module.
