The second end portion is connected with the second conductive layer. The second current path includes a third end portion and a fourth end portion. The third end portion is connected with the first conductive layer. The fourth end portion is connected with the second conductive layer. The second resonator is configured to be electromagnetically coupled with the first resonator.
