Abstract:
The present invention relates to a glass ceramic, in which a crystal contained in the largest amount on a mass basis is a lithium disilicate-based crystal, and a difference obtained by subtracting a ratio (mass %) of a content of a crystal contained in the second largest amount on a mass basis from a ratio (mass %) of a content of the lithium disilicate-based crystal is 20 mass % or more.
