The present application provides an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel and an OLED display device. The OLED display panel disposes an electron injection layer and the electron transport layer in a bridge region such that one metal mask plate can be used to form an electron injection layer, an electron transport layer, and a common electrode layer, which improves a manufacturing efficiency of the OLED display panel and lowers a cost. Also, a high-level voltage end and a low-level voltage end are connected to a first metal terminal and a second metal terminal respectively to achieve conductive connection between a common electrode layer and a metal terminal.
