摘要: The present application provides an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel and an OLED display device. The OLED display panel disposes an electron injection layer and the electron transport layer in a bridge region such that one metal mask plate can be used to form an electron injection layer, an electron transport layer, and a common electrode layer, which improves a manufacturing efficiency of the OLED display panel and lowers a cost. Also, a high-level voltage end and a low-level voltage end are connected to a first metal terminal and a second metal terminal respectively to achieve conductive connection between a common electrode layer and a metal terminal.

摘要: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display panel and an OLED display device are provided. In the OLED display panel, a thickness of an electronic layer is set to be less than a first default value, and/or a material mobility of at least one of the electronic layer or a common electrode layer is set to be greater than a second default value. The electronic layer and the common electrode layer can be formed by one metal mask, so a manufacturing efficiency of the OLED display panel can be improved, and a cost can be reduced, and meanwhile, the common electrode layer and metal terminals can be normally conducted to each other, allowing the OLED display panel to work normally.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a display panel and a manufacturing method of the display panel. The display panel includes an array substrate, a first electrode, a pixel definition layer, an organic functional layer, a second electrode, a covering layer, and an auxiliary electrode. By arranging an auxiliary cathode in a non-display area and using a parallel connection of the auxiliary cathode and a cathode, a cathode resistance of devices is reduced to relieve an IR-drop phenomenon and improve a brightness uniformity of the panel. The present disclosure provides the manufacturing method of the display panel. An organic material can be patterned to form the covering layer without using a fine mask, and a metal material can be patterned to form the auxiliary electrode by utilizing characteristics of self-assembled materials, thereby reducing production costs.

摘要: A vacuum evaporation device includes an evaporation chamber formed and sealed by interconnecting a top plate, a bottom plate and a plurality of side plates. The evaporation chamber is provided with an evaporation source and a material recycling device. The recycling structure and the moving structure are combined to recycle the residual material on the evaporation source baffle in the evaporation chamber. Thus, it reduces particle generation, and contamination of the cavity and secondary pollution of recycled materials are avoided. It ensures the health of workers and reduces the cost of material reuse in later stages.
