The bumper body is located in front of the heat dissipation device, an air inlet is formed in the bumper body, a projection of the air inlet in a front rear direction at least partially coincides with a projection of the heat dissipation device in the front rear direction, the blade is rotatably arranged at the air inlet; the driving device is connected to the blade and is configured to drive the blade to rotate, so that the blade has an open position, where the blade exposes the air inlet, and a closed position, where the blade covers the air inlet, and projections of the blade and the bumper body in the front rear direction jointly cover the projection of the heat dissipation device in the front rear direction.
