The display module includes a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other and a liquid crystal layer between the first substrate and the second substrate; each antenna unit includes a first radiation portion and a first reference electrode opposite to each other; the first radiation portion is on a light outgoing side of the display module; and the first substrate includes a first base substrate and a driving layer on a side of the first base substrate close to the liquid crystal layer; and the driving layer is also used as the first reference electrode of each antenna unit.
