There is provided an apparatus (402, 502, 602) comprising: means for connecting with a user equipment that is in dual connectivity with the master node and a secondary node, wherein the secondary node comprises a primary secondary cell; means for generating a configuration for the user equipment, the configuration for causing the user equipment to associate a special cell with the primary secondary cell of the secondary node; and means for receiving a cell reconfiguration complete message from the user equipment.
