Exemplary implementations may: manage environment state information maintaining a collaboration environment, obtain content information characterizing content of chat sessions between users, identify potential units of work, identify potential assignees of the potential units of work, obtain the user records of the potential assignees, generate views of a workload display pane, and/or perform other operations.
