Abstract: A computer-readable recording medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute: on a condition that each of objects is processed at any of a plurality of processing timings for which an order is determined, a processing specification is determined for each of the objects, a processing period in which processing is performed for each of the objects is determined, and the processing period includes one or more of the processing timings, calculating a probability obtained as a reciprocal of a number of the processing timings included in the processing period for each of the processing specifications of the objects, for each processing timing; calculating a sum of probabilities of the processing specifications for each processing timing; and calculating a cumulative sum of sums of the probabilities for the processing timing; and specifying the processing timings of the objects by using the cumulative sum.

Abstract: A method, computer program product and computer system to evaluate maintenance performance in a data center is provided. A processor provides an augmented reality device to a user performing a maintenance procedure, where the augmented reality device displays a guidance script to the user while performing the maintenance procedure. A processor determines an initial base cost associated with the maintenance procedure. A processor retrieves user activity data regarding the performance of the maintenance procedure. A processor determines an activity cost of the user performing the procedure. A processor, in response to the activity cost varying a threshold amount from the initial base cost, adjusts the initial base cost of the maintenance procedure based on the activity data of the user regarding the performance of the maintenance procedure.

Abstract: Techniques for building automated workflow sequences associated with a document review platform are provided. A method includes accessing trigger event data from a trigger event database and action data from an action database; presenting a user interface to create a workflow; adding a function block to the workflow by: detecting a selection of an add function block option; presenting a function block including at least one of (i) a user-selectable option to select a trigger event from a list of trigger events populated based on the trigger event data or (ii) a user-selectable option to select an action from a list of actions populated based on the action data; and presenting the function block including at least one of a selected trigger event or a selected action; detecting that the workflow is ready for deployment; translating the workflow into a logic-based representation of the workflow; and deploying the logic-based representation.

Abstract: Computerized methods and apparatuses, including computer program products, for guided workflow processing include a server computing device which determines a guided workflow transaction path based upon input received from a first client device. The server initiates a transaction based upon the transaction path, including capturing data elements associated with a user of a second client device. The server stores the captured data elements, including a transaction identification token and a state of the transaction path. The server receives a request to continue the transaction from the second client device and retrieves the data elements. The server generates a user interface form based upon the state of the transaction path and displays the user interface form on the second client device. The server processes the transaction based upon input received from the second client device via the user interface form.
