FLUID MIXING DEVICES AND METHODS
Abstract:
A medical device may comprise: a first inlet for receiving a first fluid; a second inlet for receiving a second fluid; and a mixing body including a first body defining a first lumen and a second body disposed within the first lumen. The first lumen may be in fluid communication with the first inlet such that the first lumen receives the first fluid from the first inlet. The second body may define a second lumen. The second lumen may be in fluid communication with the second inlet, such that the second lumen receives the second fluid from the second inlet. A radially outer surface of the second body may have a plurality of openings, such that the first lumen and the second lumen are in fluid communication via the plurality of openings.
