    Abstract: A medical device may include a handle and an end cap. The handle may include a first movable body and a stationary body. The end cap may include an outer portion, an inner portion disposed within the outer portion, and at least one biasing member. The outer portion may define a receptacle configured to contain a material. The inner portion may be proximal to the receptacle, within the outer portion, and coupled to the first movable body by at least one control element. The biasing member(s) may be disposed between a proximal face of the inner portion and a distal face of a proximal wall of the outer portion. Accordingly, movement of the first movable body relative to the stationary body moves the inner portion relative to the outer portion. Movement of the inner portion may be configured to deliver the material.

    Abstract: A medical device may comprise: a first inlet for receiving a first fluid; a second inlet for receiving a second fluid; and a mixing body including a first body defining a first lumen and a second body disposed within the first lumen. The first lumen may be in fluid communication with the first inlet such that the first lumen receives the first fluid from the first inlet. The second body may define a second lumen. The second lumen may be in fluid communication with the second inlet, such that the second lumen receives the second fluid from the second inlet. A radially outer surface of the second body may have a plurality of openings, such that the first lumen and the second lumen are in fluid communication via the plurality of openings.

    Abstract: A device includes a body and a clipping mechanism including first and second clipping members. At least the first member is rotatably coupled to a distal end of the body so that the mechanism transitions between Closed State, in which distal ends of the members are in abutting contact, and Open State, in which the first member is rotated away from the second member to allow an adhesive material to be extended distally past the distal ends. A working channel of the device is formed in the body and components of the mechanism. The channel extends longitudinally through the device so that the material passes into a proximal end of the channel, through the channel, and distally past the distal ends when the mechanism is in Open State, whereupon the mechanism transitions into Closed State and a portion of the material severed and applied to target.
