Apparatus for folding two opposite edges of a packaging blank into protective buffers. The edges are inserted into slots in each arm and the arms are then moved together and simultaneously rotated about their longitudinal axes, the edges of the blank being folded around the arms. The folded blank may then be slid from the arms.
