摘要：
A spring-loaded cam plate having a raised portion is mounted on a brake pawl outer surface opposite to its inner toothed surface to be pivotable relative to the pawl along the outer surface. A driver operable control rod is formed with cylindrical and semicylindrical portions which are engageable with the raised cam portion of the cam plate to urge the brake pawl into and out of engagement with a brake gear.
