A process comprising solution interpolymerizing a pressuresensitive resin containing a monomer with an enolizable keto group, formulating the interpolymer solution with a chelate ester of orthotitanic acid to obtain a solution with stringiness index of less than 0.3 inches, and coating the solution on a substrate using a reverse roll coater or a gravure roll coater. The viscosity and flow properties of the solution are used advantageously in high-speed coating processes.
