O-ethyl-S-n-propyl-S-optionally substituted-benzyl-phosphoro(thiono)dithiolates of the formula ##EQU1## in which X stands for an oxygen or sulfur atom,Y stands for a halogen atom or a lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkylmercapto, lower alkylsulfinyl, nitro or cyano group, andm is 0, 1, 2 or 3,Which possess insecticidal, acaricidal and nematocidal properties.
