摘要：
A 5-aminopyrazole of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 represents alkoxycarbonyl, alkenyloxycarbonyl, alkinyloxycarbonyl, alkenylaminocarbonyl or alkinylaminocarbonyl andR.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7, which are identical or different, represent hydrogen, halogen, cyano, nitro, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylsulphonyl, alkoxycarbonyl or a radical --(X)n--R.sup.8whereinX represents oxygen, sulphur, sulphinyl or sulphonyl,n represents 0 or 1 andR.sup.8 represents halogenoalkyl, with the proviso that at least one of the radicals R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 represents a radical --(X).sub.n --R.sup.8, but R.sup.1 does not represent cyano if R.sup.1 represents trifluoromethyl.These compounds are intermediates useful in the preparation of herbicidally active substituted 5-acylamino-1-phenylpyrazoles.
