A compound containing ferric ferrous salt and a producing method thereof are provided in the present invention. Said compound comprises ferric ferrous salt and a salt of alkaline metals or a compound containing a metal which belongs to zinc family, and said producing method of said compound comprises adding ferric ferrous salt into an aqueous solution of strong acid and then adding a salt of alkaline metals or a compound containing a metal which belongs to zinc family.
