An emulsified hair cosmetic providing excellent easy combing and a feeling of smoothness to hair and protecting hair against heat and brushing which comprises a dimethylsilicone rubber of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are methyl or hydroxyl; and n is an integer of 4000 to 9000, polyalcohol and nonionic surfactant.
