摘要：
A heat transfer image-receiving sheet including a substrate sheet and a dye-receiving layer formed on one surface of the substrate sheet. The dye-receiving layer is composed of a resin containing an antioxidant expressed by the following structural formula (I) or (II): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each represent a hydrogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group.
