The belt members (10a, 10b) include a flexible laminate of at least three layers of fibrous material bonded together in a bonding pattern having a bonding area of no more than 10%. The first outer layer (14) and the middle layer (15) have a creped structure of a plurality of raised areas (14a;15a) separated by a plurality of non-raised areas formed by the bonding sites (13) of the bonding pattern, wherein the creped structure of the first outer layer (14) is more distinct with a greater height of the raised areas (14a) as compared to the middle layer (15).
