The confining ribs define an opening communicated with the mounting space. The anchor members are disposed fixedly within the mounting space. Each of the anchor members has a bottom wall abutting against the confining ribs and having a first mounting hole which is adapted to permit extension of a respective one of the spoke units therethrough.
