A fluid-dispensing pump 1 includes a cylinder 11, a piston 12 which can reciprocate inside the cylinder 11, a coupling tube 13 for coupling the nozzle head 2 and the piston 12, a coil spring 17 for giving momentum to the piston 12 in a direction of sending it up via the coupling tube 13, an inflow valve mechanism 14 for introducing a fluid stored inside the fluid-storing portion 4 into the cylinder 11, an outflow valve mechanism 15 for dispensing the fluid from the nozzle head 2, and a leakage prevention mechanism 18, which prevents a fluid having flowed into the cylinder 11 from leaking out to a fluid flow path 131 of the coupling tube 13 when a pressure is not applied to the nozzle head 2.
