The apparatus includes, a plurality of brushes, a plurality of brush holders each having a cavity receptive of one of the plurality of brushes and having two protrusions extending in opposite directions along a surface of the brush holder. A base plate with a surface and a plurality of pairs of tangs radially inwardly open radially outwardly closed and each receptive of one of the protrusions of the brush holders.
