The movable mechanism (28) moves the magnetic shielding forming members (27) between a join position at which the magnetic members (15) and the corresponding magnetic shielding forming members (27) are joined to each other and a spaced-apart position at which the magnetic members (15) and the corresponding magnetic shielding forming members (27) are spaced apart.
