The allocation planning module receives the demand, divides the demand into a low risk demand and a high risk demand according to the risk information, and then determines an expected quantity for a fabrication. The allocation planning module dispatches parts of the low risk demand and the high risk demand to the fabrication according to the expected quantity and the risk information.
