The soundproof type engine generator also has handles provided coaxially with opposing wheel shafts of the four wheels, which can be held by a user and facilitate the lifting of the soundproof type engine generator, even if the engine generator is heavy. The wheels of the engine generator are disposed farther outward than the outer shell of the soundproof type engine generator.
