The organic layer has, on a part disposed on the exposed portion, a thick film portion disposed around the center of the exposed portion and a thin film portion disposed around the end of the exposed portion and having a smaller thickness than the thick film portion, and the thin film portions of the adjacent organic EL devices are substantially equal in width.
