The lens comprises a lens body comprising a first recessed part at a central portion of a top surface thereof and a second recessed part at a central portion of a bottom surface thereof and a lens support disposed on the bottom surface of the lens body to support the lens body such that the bottom surface of the lens body is spaced from the substrate.
