A non-halogen flameproof polycarbonate resin composition of the present invention comprises (A) about 30 to about 100% by weight of a polycarbonate resin, (B) about 0 to about 70% by weight of a rubber modified aromatic vinyl resin, and (C) about 0.5 to about 30 parts by weight of a phosphorus compound represented by the following Chemical Formula (I) or a combination thereof, based on about 100 parts by weight of the base resin including (A) and (B).
