A rubber thickness ta is in a range of from 2.5 to 5.0 mm ranging from the tire internal cavity surface to the cord of the carcass ply on the lateral reference line, and an inner liner thickness tb is smaller than the rubber thickness ta and is in a range of from 0.5 to 3.0 mm on the lateral reference line.
