Compression-encoded voice data accompanying a video displayed on a video display surface is acquired at the side opposed to the video display surface. The voice data is wirelessly transmitted. At least at the video display surface side, the wirelessly transmitted voice data transmitted is received and expanded. Then, the voice based on the acquired expanded voice data is output.
