When the motherboard is turned off, the fan control circuit is configured to output the voltage of the second power terminal of the motherboard to the power terminal of the fan for a predetermined time according to the power state signal, to make the standby power terminal supply a working voltage to the fan to maintain its rotation for the predetermined duration.
