The image preprocess apparatus includes an image receiver which receives an analog broadcasting signal; an image processor which converts the analog broadcasting signal into a digital broadcasting signal; and a filtering unit which selectively performs a low pass filtering on the analog broadcasting signal to filter a frequency higher than a preset frequency and transmits the selectively-filtered analog broadcasting signal to the image processor corresponding to a reception of the analog broadcasting signal by air.
