Also including a pair of folded reinforcing layers folded to wrap around both ends of the belt layer in a width direction of the tire, a belt reinforcing layer embedded with reinforcing elements extending substantially parallel to the tire equator. The reinforcing cords are embedded in either the inner portion or the outer portion of the pair of the folded reinforcing layers which is spaced away from the belt reinforcing layer farther than the other portion and are inclined forward or backward in the rotating direction of the tire.
