The storage capacitor includes first, second, and third electrodes. The first electrode is on the first substrate, and the second electrode includes the same material as the gate line. The second electrode is on the first electrode and insulated from the first electrode. The third electrode is insulated from and on the second electrode, and the third electrode is insulated from the first electrode.
