The semiconductor circuit includes a pulse generator which is enabled by a rising edge of a clock signal and generates a read pulse which varies depending on a voltage of a feedback node; and a sense amplifier which generates a voltage of a dynamic node and the voltage of the feedback node in accordance with a data value of an input signal using the read pulse.
