A bracing bandage is also included having at least one ply with reinforcements of a non-metallic material arranged substantially parallel to and at a distance from one another and generally extending a circumferential direction of the tire. Bracing bandage reinforcements include a material with heat shrinkage properties. Under a predetermined extension of 1% in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcements, each bracing ply, has a tension of 2,000 N per dm of width.
