The pulse generator includes: a pulse generation unit receiving an analog signal and generating a first pulse signal in response to a comparison result of a voltage level applied to a first node and a reference voltage according to the received analog signal; a pulse amplification unit generating a second pulse signal having a wider pulse width than the first pulse signal according to a comparison result of a voltage level applied to a second node and a ground voltage, in response to the first pulse signal; and a gate logic outputting a final pulse signal as a signal for digital conversion by performing a logic operation on the first and second pulse signals.
