The method comprises: a first user equipment receives downlink data sent from a base station through downlink resources of a special subframe; the first user equipment acquires a position of uplink resources corresponding to the first user equipment in guard period resources of the special subframe, wherein the position of the uplink resources corresponding to the first user equipment in the guard period resources of the special subframe is staggered from a position of downlink resources corresponding to a second user equipment in the special subframe, and a round-trip time of the second user equipment is greater than a round-trip time of the first user equipment; and the first user equipment sends uplink data to the base station through the uplink resources corresponding to the first user equipment in the guard period resources of the special subframe.
