摘要： The present invention provides a control information sending method, user equipment, and a network side device, where the control information sending method includes: determining, by the user equipment, to change an accessed control channel from a first control channel to a second control channel; sending, by the user equipment, indication information of the second control channel to a network side device, so that the network side device sends control information to the user equipment over the second control channel according to the indication information of the second control channel. By using the technical solutions provided in embodiments of the present invention, control information sending efficiency can be improved.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, a network device, and a base station for paging a narrowband terminal, where the method includes: determining a first paging message for paging a narrowband terminal; sending the first paging message including a radio capability of the narrowband terminal to a base station, so that the base station obtains the radio capability of the narrowband terminal and transmits a second paging message according to the radio capability of the narrowband terminal. In the embodiments of the present invention, after it is determined that a first paging message is used to page a narrowband terminal, because the radio capability of the narrowband terminal is added in the first paging message, a base station is allowed to transmit a second paging message according to the radio capability of the narrowband terminal.

The MAC PDU is sent. Correspondingly, a data receiving method and apparatus are also provided. In the foregoing solutions, transmission of a MAC PDU during multi-user cooperated communication is implemented.

The main idea of the present invention is as follows: through multiple users cooperative communication between APs, data to be sent to a UE by an eNB may be sent to a support AP at first, and then the support AP sends the data to the UE; and when the support AP is in a poor network environment, the eNB may send the data to other APs near the support AP, and finally forward the data to the support AP through one or more times of forwarding between other APs. The present invention has a multiuser diversity gain without increasing the complexity and power consumption of the UE; furthermore, a laying cost of wired backhaul can be reduced and reliability and transmission efficiency of MUCC can be improved.

The method provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: establishing, by a macro base station, a Radio Resource Control RRC connection with a user equipment UE; receiving, by a small cell (small cell), a configuration message sent, through a wired or wireless interface, by the macro base station; and establishing, by the small cell, a user plane connection between the small cell and the UE based on the RRC connection and the configuration message, and establishing a data bearer with the UE on the user plane connection.
