A thin film transistor comprises a gate electrode, a semiconductor pattern, a source electrode, and a drain electrode. The thin film transistor is connected to the gate line and the data line. A pixel electrode is connected to the thin film transistor. A light blocking pattern overlaps the semiconductor pattern. The light blocking pattern includes a haze-processed material of substantially the same material as the pixel electrode.
