A vial has a long axis and contains a liquid and a gas bubble. A web is coupled to the first and second planar surfaces such that the first and second planar surfaces are spaced apart from and parallel to each other. The web includes a first side surface on the first plane and a second side surface. A first recess pattern is arranged to engage a first electrical component and a second recess pattern is arranged to engage a second electrical component.
